Xtensions: All sales are Final, we do not offer refunds for Xtensions. If you think your order may be wrong in any sort please contact via business number, email, or dm. Please allow at least 24hrs for a response.

Wigs: All sales are Final, we do not exchange refunds unless the unit is damaged upon arrival. Proof/Evidence will be needed, for example pictures of unit once unboxed; for this situation. Unit cannot be worn or tampered with to receive full refund.

Merch: All sales are Final, we do not offer refunds for Merch. If you do not like how your size fit please contact us via business number (870)794-5996 or DM, we do accept a 1 time size exchange. You CANNOT actively wear this set then decide to exchange. Your exchange will not be accepted.
